No water available to drink on my floor, team seemed unbothered by it. Bartender was visibly intoxicated and unprofessional.

Do NOT pay extra for the money for the breakfast; it’s beyond terrible. The worse of all hotels I stayed at.

Pros- Recently renovated so room was nice and clean. If you need quiet I suggest avoiding weekends. Lots of places to charge devices. Close to town and skiing. Cons - anyone can reach the rooms/elevator not key card activated. This only concerned me since I found my room door ajar upon arriving. I was in a rush to head to dinner, so after checking the room, didn’t mention it to staff til the next day when I had to call to report that there wasn't any conditioner in the shower. Neither the fact that my room was left open or that I didn't realize the conditioner was empty until showering elicited concern or a sorry. I got a sorry that was more of a laugh because the conditioner sent up turned out to be shampoo so I had to call down again in my towel. It seems they are tight fisted with the in room coffee. There are only 3 pods- one of which is decaf and small cups. If you don’t have/never used a Nespresso machine, you'll have to watch a YouTube video to have coffee since the directions on the machine were difficult to read/understand. When the cleaning staff came through they replenished one pod when 2 had been used. I got a text asking how my stay was going. I shared it wasn't great and got a sorry- so I thought I had an opportunity to help these things be avoided in the future. When I shared, there was no further response until much later asking again how my stay was going. That made me mad and made me feel like I wasn't being heard, so I let it go.

The room was great and Elizabeth at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. The check in process was a bit delayed but she handled everything with grace and remained cheerful.

Room was adequate -- clean and nothing broken. Motion activated bathroom light was super annoying in the middle of the night. Even after turning it off manually it would retrigger before the person in the room had left. This would be blinding at night and disruptive to the person outside the bathroom as well. Other than that, the place is effectively a re-branded Hampton Inn. Pretty expensive for what it is, but you're paying for proximity to Resorts.

Clean Room, newly renovated however if you need to make Tea, ask the front desk for a kettle. The hot tub towels are also with the front desk. Some of the things that we had to find out on our own. Most people seemed confused as how the Breakfast buffet/Continental Breakfast worked, so that should also be mentioned when checking in. Definitely need two people to check people in during peak times! Bed was comfy and room was comfy.

For the price, the room was pretty mediocre. Like a lower end hotel. Crowded, bathroom not updated. No amenities beyond the basics. One restaurant pretty mediocre. And the common areas super crowded.

First off, Adan as a front desk person is excellent. Spencer at the bar also great. Room was clean, sheets, pillows comfortable. Updated but sparse in terms of decor. Wish bar had hard alcohol. Wish 'market' had a better selection.
