Amazing and beautiful Homestay , location is fabulous and staff are super helpful and friendly. You can rent a bicycle or bike from the reception for next to nothing and drive around the beautiful landscape! Breakfast is good and offer lunch and dinner too :)

It was our favourite hotels in our three months Asia trip! Really everything is so perfect!! The stuff is so chill and nice. We arrive here at 4 am and even they do not have free beds for that night, they let us sleep in hammock which was fun! The rooms are so clean and comfy. We take the shared room and the beds was so big, with a fan, light and electricity in every bed. The room is cleaning every day and also they are leaving you bottle of water and clean towel every day. The surrounding of hotel is so beautiful and green. You have hammocks, pool, many chairs and river. You can rent very good bikes and motorbikes in good price. And the food is so amazing!! Many vegetarians option and free breakfast. Like really everything was perfect, if I could I would give 11/10✨

I really enjoyed staying at Freedom Hood Hostel. The owners were really nice and welcoming. The dorm bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included. The hostel is located at a fantastic area with views of mountains surrounded. I highly recommend this hostel if you’re staying in Trang An, Ninh Binh.

A nice homestay in the quiet area of Trang An. Walking distance to the Trang a boating area and everywhere else you can cycle to with one of their bicycles they rent out for cheap. The mixed dorm is basic but functional and the bed is comfortable. The WiFi works well and so does the airconditioning. The bathroom is on the lower level so you need to go up and down a small stairs (take this into account if you’re slightly immobile). They provide a small bottle of water each day, but it would be good to offer filtered water instead so that travellers can refill their own bottle: much less plastic waste. In the morning you can enjoy the free breakfast (choices are pancakes, various preparations of egg and a Vietnamese noodle soup). All in all, for the price paid I was happy with the hostel :)

The weather was amazing, the owners of the homestay were so lovely and enthusiastic, the owner was always smiling. The rooms were beautiful, with a swimming pool and lots of trees. Everything was so close, it felt like I was right in the middle of the area. I'll definitely come back to Ninh Binh again.
