In summary an excellent hotel, rooms are great, hotel facilities are great, food is also great plus the staff is super helpful. One of the most kid friendly hotel we have been with heated pools, kids club and even a small kid parks close by plus many other attractions and walking paths to explore with your family nearby. The food is excellent i really liked the concept of this high end buffet where fish and meat are cooked at the minute in front of you, and there is plenty of choices of various foods including pasta pizza salads with water already included as well. Defensively highly recommended, cannot wait to return back.

The food buffet for breakfast/snack and dinner was gigantic and everything your heart desired, you have never seen anything like it. The hotel is good for families as it has child care or you can play freely in the children's paradise and the adults can enjoy the food in peace. Were with a 3 month old baby and a 3.5 year old child. Childcare was also great for our baby. Hotel right next to the Golmbahn, great ski room.
The negative was: late check-in at 4 p.m. and very early check-out at 10 a.m. We couldn't really use the wellness area on the day of arrival and departure. Because you only have access if you have the room card.

Es hätte Potenzial!
Eigentlich ist das Haus sehr schön, und bietet alle Vorraussetzungen für einen perfekten Urlaub.
Leider gibt es immer wieder Dinge, die dann doch den hohen Preis nicht rechtfertigen:
Nicht einmal die Hälfte des Personals spricht deutsch und wahrscheinlich noch wenigere sind in ihren Jobs wirklich ausgebildet worden. So

Wir hatten eine Tolle Zeit. Alles war super.
Das einzige was uns persönlich weniger gefallen hat, war das live-coocking. Was ja super ist dass man das Essen frisch gekocht bekommt, doch die Wartezeiten waren sehr lange.
Leider konnten wir als Familie nie alle zusammen essen.
Sonst alles super.

Schön gelegenes Hotel mit Potential. Für Familien perfekt angesichts des Angebots für Kinder. Für 5 Sterne und Mitglied der Leading Hotels of the Workd fehlt es aber an einigen Punkten. Angefangen vom Service bei der Anreise über den Service beim Essen bis hin zum nicht vorhandenen turn down Service oder der fehlenden Begrüssung auf dem Zimmer.
