The night view of the open-air bath is recommended. Lobby location is also good. Since it was the Obon holiday, it may be unavoidable that the amount is high, but it is too expensive. You could see the Kanto Plain from both your room and the open-air bath. Unfortunately, the weather was a little hazy, so I couldn't see the Sky Tree or Mt. Fuji. It's not a new building by any means, but I have no complaints. The food is excellent, and the staff is very responsive. Next time I will stay in a room with an open-air bath.
