The hotel receptionist is very kind and accommodating. The place is good with restaurants nearby.

It was decent hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing dirty. Just dealing with the right price at the right place.

It's a bit far from the city center, but quite comfortable. You can rent bicycles to go for a ride.

I used this hotel again for a solo training camp at Tsukuba Radio Control Park. The location is great, with convenient transportation, and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. The rooms have been renovated and are very clean. You can see Mount Tsukuba, and the view is relatively nice. A free breakfast is included. Having a delicious breakfast in the morning really lifts your spirits. It makes you think, "I'll do my best today!" Above all, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. There's even a manga library on the premises. I can't write everything here, but it's a truly comfortable environment. I'm planning another training camp here soon. I'd like to recommend it to my friends. I'm sure they'll be satisfied!

I stayed overnight while attending a conference at the Tsukuba International Congress Center. They offer free draft beer during happy hour, plus free snacks like nuts! There are also restaurants within walking distance, and they're incredibly cheap! I'll definitely stay here again when I go to Tsukuba.

Although it's a 20-minute walk from the station, the parking lot is spacious and there are many restaurants nearby. I could see Mount Tsukuba from my room window. The bathroom and shower were separated, and the bathroom facilities were clean. The room was compact but comfortable. They offered unique services, such as free beer and highballs from 5 PM to 8 PM, which was a refreshing change. The dining area was also cleaned frequently and was very tidy. The low price and included breakfast were also appreciated.

It was very helpful to be able to use the parking lot from the morning before check-in. I will definitely use it again. Thank you very much.

The rooms have been renovated and look better than the exterior suggests, but the floors are noticeably dirty and appear not to have been cleaned. The walls seem thin, as noise from the floor above and the next room was quite audible. I stayed here because I had business at the International Conference Center, but it's quite far away.

It's a comfortable single room, and there's a famous hot spring nearby. Breakfast is included.

I stayed here the night before going to work. It was a cold night, but the heating in the renovated room worked well, and once it was warm, I went to the bathroom. It only had a shower, but it was nicely renovated and easy to use. It was the cheapest hotel in the area, and although the free breakfast was only available until 8am, which was a little early, I was able to relax meaningfully by drinking coffee in my room and working on my computer until check-out time.

A complimentary bottle of water was provided. Other than that, the room was comfortable and I had no problems.
