It is very convenient to go to Tsukuba from Tokyo. Transfer to the Tsukuba Express at Kita-Senju Station, which will take you directly to Tsukuba in 40 minutes. After exiting the station, go through the bus operation center (you can take the elevator in the picture), and you can reach the Nikko Hotel in 5 minutes. The hotel is located in the city center, opposite the shopping and dining center, which is very convenient. The bus operation center has a Kantetsu highway bus to Narita Airport, which takes only 50 minutes and costs 2,400 yen per person. The next day, I rented two bicycles at the Bus Operation Center (Tourist Information Center) for 500 yen each. They were returned before 17:00. It was very convenient to explore the route by bicycle. The hotel service and sanitation are very good. This time I stayed in the main building, but the facilities were a bit old.
