The hotel is very big but old.
We have a kid at 5 years old which Trip.com said free of charge, but when we arrived, they need us to pay addition one kid meal.
And the next morning, another staff asked us to pay again and took over 10 mins to clarify we have paid.
The good thing is their breakfast buffet is good and it is close to 鬼押之出園.

The hotel is big and convenient if you have a car. There is a very nice swimming pool for kids. But it smells mold literally everywhere, in the corridors, in the rooms, the only place that's not moldy is the reception 🥲

プールを目当てに2泊しました。4歳の子供はプールが楽しかったようで2日連続プールに行き、すべり台をひたすらすべって、休憩がてら流れるプールに行ってという感じで行ったり来たりしてました。プランによるのかも知れませんが、宿泊者でもプール料金がかかってしまうのは少し残念。部屋は広く景色は良かったです。

今回2度目の宿泊をさせて頂きました。館内、室内共に綺麗で快適に過ごせました。しかし、温泉が工事の為入れず部屋のお風呂を利用しましたが、温泉に入れないのなら予約サイトの段階でしっかり分かりやすく注意明記してほしかったです。
はっきり日にちは覚えていませんが3月のいつまでか温泉は入れないようですので、これから行かれる方の参考になればと思います。
今回、食事なしにしていたのですが、当日に急遽食事を希望してみたら快く変更して下さり、ホテルとしては毎回満足できるので、またリピートはしたいと思っています。

最安値サイトで衝動的に予約してしまい後から子供の人数が外されていたり現地でプールは別料金と分かったり
楽しかったですが結局高くついたので普通評価です
朝食は孫も私も大満足です
目の前でお母さんが握ってくれる色々なお握り最高👍
