Hotels near Wani'ura Group of Huts, Tsushima

The guesthouse is run by an elderly couple in their eighties, and they are very kind. The room is spacious, with a whole persimmon tree as the central pillar and plenty of solid wood trim, exuding Japanese luxury. The gentleman said this room is prioritized for couples, so solo travelers will have to try their luck. Breakfast and dinner are Japanese family-style meals plus, with sashimi or sushi served for dinner. By the way, the lady's grilled fish and soup are absolutely amazing—a taste you can't find in restaurants. If you speak Japanese, you can chat with them. The gentleman used to be the local postmaster and has many interesting stories to tell.

There were no reviews and it was hard to make a reservation on a domestic platform, but wow... It's so good ㅠㅠ The accommodation is newly built, so it's super clean, friendly, and there's no complaints ㅠㅠ It's close to all the delicious restaurants in Izuhara!!! The bed is really soft and the best ❤️❤️ The best accommodation in Izuhara 🫶🫶

It was great experience for me. Very traditional Japanese hotel. Especially the breakfast was so good. The owner was very kind and friendly. I would like to visit again sometime.

A Korean staff member greeted us and explained everything, which was great. The parking lot was also nearby, so parking was convenient. It was even better because the location is close to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, a long-standing soy sauce restaurant, a Kasumaki place, and Tiara Mall, making it easy to walk around!

The location is very good and it is quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is small, but there is a bathtub and a robe. However, it is an old building, so there is no way around the smell. Still, I had a good rest.

It's an old building, but the rooms are really clean and spacious compared to other hotels, so there's room to spread out two suitcases. There's also an English-speaking front desk staff member, and everyone is so friendly. The location is a bit disappointing because it's in the back, but it's right next to Tiara Mall and a drugstore, so it's worth it. ㅎㅎ I went on a really cold day, and even with the heater on, the room was still cold.ㅜㅜㅜ

We are an English Mum, Grandma & 6 year old. We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is in a glorious time warp. The views are incredible overlooking the ocean from a cliff face. You can climb down to the rocks and feel like you’re the only person on the island. Tsushima doesn’t get many Western tourists so we were made to feel like celebrities! My daughter had the best time.

Well located place, handy to all places to visit

The price isn't much different from Toyoko Inn, but the important thing is the shared toilets and showers. While it's fine for a group of men, I wouldn't recommend it for a family trip. I was also surprised that this wasn't mentioned in the accommodation details. The room was spacious and clean, but it was disappointing.
