The room is good. Customer service is excellent. The receptionist was very attentive and always willing to help and advise us. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel's location is very good. Sapa Station is about a five-minute walk away, but there are hills. From the hotel to the center it's downhill, and from the center to the hotel it's uphill. The only thing we didn't like was that check-out is at 11 AM; we thought that was a bit too early.

This is just perfect. The location is just walking distance to Sun World station. Has a grocery store nearby and also restaurants. As this is Sa Pa, winter time can make your balcony covered with fog. Bathroom is terrific with best shower design. Also has complete toiletries. Breakfast is yummy. ❤️🥰

Location is great! Next to Sapa Train Station where you can hop on the monorail and cable car to Fansipan! However, the hotel is quite old and don’t seem to be 4-star hotel. More like a 3-star hotel.

You're a short, easy 5-10 minute walk to the city centre, putting major attractions and shopping within easy reach. For longer trips, cheap Grab cabs are readily available right outside. The immediate area is very practical, with a halal restaurant directly in front—perfect for a quick, delicious meal without having to travel. Service & Amenities: Thefront desk staff were genuinely nice and helpful, providing a warm welcome. A unique perk is the hotel-affiliated massage service in the next building—a major plus for unwinding after a day of sightseeing without needing to search for a reputable spa elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. The room was clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you’d expect from a boutique hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and relaxing. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area by walking distance.

Located at a hill slope near city centre. Not convenient for elderly people. Hotel lighting a bit dim. Breakfast is quite good. Service attitude is good.

The service staff were very friendly, as i only reached the hotel pretty late at night to quicken the registration, when i walked in the receptionist was already prepared for my arrival. The location is pretty near the sun plaza, in fact from the balcony i could already see the sun plaza and the view was good too, but the walk up to the hotel was a little tiring because it's a steep slope. The room was big and comfortable. But the room i got the security latch was broken, but the door was still locked. But my overall experience there was amazing, will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to Sapa center, though be prepared for steep streets when walking. The staff, especially at the front desk, are friendly and can communicate well in English, which made our stay easier. Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. However, the spa services in the hotel are quite expensive. There are several nearby spas offering more affordable options, which we ended up choosing instead. One concern during our stay was the room’s safety. The bathroom window lock was broken, which made us feel uneasy, and the main door did not have a double lock for added security. Overall, the stay was generally good in terms of location and service, but there is room for improvement, particularly in maintenance and security.

Hotel is located very near to the central of Sapa town, which is a few steps away from Sun Plaza. It has all the basic amenities and serving good breakfast especially fruits. Had a foot massage at Eden Spa which is located opposite of the hotel with discount voucher given by the hotel. Recommend Chu Su Kitchen, a restaurant which is just few steps away from the hotel. Nice stay experience in overall.

Ideally located near Sapa Station, Eden Boutique Hotel & Spa is a modern, impeccably maintained property. A special thanks to Ms. Jenny at reception for her exceptional kindness and hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Sapa!
