Hotel was amazing, friendly staff, nice rooms with heater. Great views! Hotel's restaurant was good as well. A must stay when your in sapa !

We arrived on morning but couldn’t check in yet ,that’s why I ask to the guy who is Hoan from reception what we should do? He arranged for us straight away and help to us buy the ticket for fansipan fo next day Actually save nearly 1 million dong for 3 of us Thank you so much Hoan from Sapa Yan hotel And good food at breakfast and dinner

I'm so thankful for the staff who took care of us on our stay from 14-17 December 2025. In particular I want to thank staff (Huong? I'm sorry if I am butchering your name) a lady who very kindly assisted us with a personal matter. Taking trouble and going the extra mile to make our stay safe, pleasant and enjoyable ☺️ The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. It was the first time we ate at a restaurant as a group and all orders were hits with not one miss. Only thing to mar the stay would be a leaking pipe in the bidet that soaked our floor mats but staff were quick to provide a stop gap to ensure our stay remained pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Yen Hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. Definitely recommended!

Best hotel you could ever ask for! Very helpful to get around in the town.

I would recommend Sapa Yen Hotel for everyone who visit Sapa. The front desk service really very good and they will follow up on what time we arrived so they cN help to arrange the room accordingly. Warm welcome gift at the room and room size was big. Most importantly the Mountain View room can view Fansipan Summit Train. Breakfast services was amazing and variety food can order, the pho was delicious

Totally love this hotel. New, the view is amazing, the staff is great, you can see the train from the hotel. The breakfast is superb, basically you need to order what you want to eat and the staff will provide it to you, can enjoy the hot meal breakfast, the food options is alot too. There is vegetarian options if you’re muslim. The room is aesthetic,we totally enjoy our stay here.. totally worth every penny ❤️❤️❤️

Everything is good, except for water heater system need to be improved.

The hospitality is amazing and the staff is so nice and accommodating. We booked a room with mountain view and did not get disappointed as we see the famous monorail in just a look at the windows! Everything was perfect! Even the breakfast is good and healthy choices! And of course, there’s bidet! 😂

We had the most perfect stay at this hotel in Sapa! We originally booked it to catch a glimpse of the train, and we were greeted by it the moment we arrived — such a magical experience. Our room was on the ground floor, conveniently located near the café, so we got to enjoy our meals with the train passing by as our view. To top it all off, the weather was absolutely perfect, making our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sapa!

Arrived at Sapa about 8am and check in was 2pm. Staff was very kind to let us wash up at the public washroom at level 1. We were warmly welcomed by the loveliest birthday decorations (because it’s my birthday in a few days). On our second day, the tour we booked was delayed and staff at reception helped us call and check. The hospitality was truly thoughtful & the best I’ve experienced. Apart from that, one area could’ve been better was the breakfast service. It was a little slow as food were made in bulk and batches.
