Within 5 mins walk to Sapa Centre. Clean room with balcony and on regular housekeeping. Nice Sapa lake view from balcony.

Amazing place for the price. Booked again in a couple of days after walking around sapa. Floor 5 had great viewsfrom room and balcony but imagine the ones beneath just as good. Great staff and very nice simple breakfast. Just 5 min walk to town centre and lake on a slight hill. Best nights sleep I've had in a long time.

So sorry I had to give this hotel a bad rating. The service and location was excellent but the amenities and cleanliness was wanting. The trash wasn't clear, the shampoo dispenser was broken and the worse was the drinking water provided. Whatever u do, don't drink the water and if u do, don't look at the cap.
