The hotel is located on a hillside next to the road, about a 10-minute walk from the city center. The room was a bit small, but the furniture and decor were European-style, giving it a clean and bright feel, and we could enjoy lake views from inside. All the amenities were in place, the air conditioning was quiet, and the towels, sheets, and pillowcases were spotless white, though the water pressure was a bit weak when showering. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, and proactively helped resolve issues. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Sabah.

Well! What to say about that hotel, except the staff was really friendly and kind👍 we arrived around 6:30AM-7AM with a night bus, hoping that we could leave our luggage there, we rung the bell, and felt so sorry to awake him this early, but he still was super nice, telling us it was okay, and come back at 1PM for the check in. We were as sleepy as him, but did a little visit of the city waiting for the right hour. But without our luggage, which was great. The room was more than okay, with a lake view, that we couldn't see properly as we came during foggy days😅. In the rooms you'll have water, coffee and tea for free, and then some snacks and other drinks, that you'll have to pay if you use them, but the price was quite fine. It's in the upper of the lake, but you have stairs that go straight to it, so it's really near 👍

Location of this hotel is very strategic, walking distance to the central of Sa Pa town. The owner is very friendly, staff is very helpful. They provide us laundry service, have iron for clothes & the room is very clean

Very satisfying staying in Glow Sapa hotel for my 4D3N in Sapa, everything are just nice, the hotel staff and the hotel owner are super friendly and helpful to us, provide us good information of Sapa and recommend good food restaurant to us during our trip in Sapa, will definitely come back to stay in Glow hotel if I visit Sapa in future.

Staffs at Glow Sapa Hotel are very friendly. They also provide express car recommendation and it was very convenient on our way back to Hanoi. They also provide many fruits and water as gifts on our way back. Service is incredible because my sister forgot her charger at hotel and they sent it back to hanoi with delivery. Thank you Glow Sapa Hotel for making it an incredible trip for us.
