Wonderful hotel to stay in Sapa. Located quite near to Moana Cafe and some of the village trails. Room is clean and spacious.

Quiet room, friendly staff, and everything worked well. Good spot for a short stay in Sapa.

Arrived at 11 pm due to some mishaps but a staff waited and opened the door for us. As other Vietnamese are, they are so kind and helpful. Breakfast was of limited options but suffice as they have eggs and cheese. Location is good, walking distance to Moana and train station to Fansipan.

Comfortable rooms with well prepared amenities. Breakfast starts as early as 7am, can order from the menu too other than what were served. Very helpful and kind staffs, including Autumn and 2 very friendly guy staffs, who helped us to settle all the issues we encountered, helped buy fansipan tickets and helped to move our luggages. Thank you for the excellent service. Recommended for a stay in Sapa. Location is strategic too.

Hotel is new and clean. I did enjoyed my there. The receptionist there is so sweet.

I am very satisfied staying at this hotel. The location is not far from the city center. The hotel is very clean, with very comfortable beds, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I waited for the bus to go to Hanoi, and they kindly gave me tea and asked me to wait in the hotel. Really admire their hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️❤️❤️.

Spa hotel need bigger size and more space

We were moved to the sister hotel which was a bigger room, the hotel was amazing would recommend to any travellers there were great views of the mountains

Hotel was very nice and clean and modern. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good. Hotel was a little far to walk from city center because weather was so cold and wet and it was uphill but it was very easy to get an electric car or taxi. Staff always ready to help even beyond their job. Shoutout especially to David for helping me with my problem with my next booking. Thanks so much. We really enjoyed our stay.

They change my booking to my Gallery hotel on the same road around 150m . My Gallery hotel almost same design with My Boutique, breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful , mattress very comfortable Bad review is toilet too small , soundproof no good and hot water no stable.

After 4 days on the ha giang loop we wanted to find somewhere to rest and relax. We were so impressed by this hotel that we booked an extra night, it’s easily the nicest place we have stayed in Vietnam and such great value for money. The hotel and rooms are really well kept and gorgeously decorated, beds super comfortable and cleaned each day. We had a minor issue with the heat for the shower which they fixed within 10 minutes and didn’t have an issue with after that - the shower is the best we have had in Vietnam too it was hot with good pressure. The reception staff are so kind and helpful which gives the hotel a personal touch. There was a huge selection for breakfast. Location is just out of the hustle and bustle so it’s nice and quiet but everything you need is a short walk away! I often question the legitimacy of reviews for hotels but can confirm this one is worth every penny!
