Ce n'est pas un hôtel, plutôt une maison d'hôtes des années 1950 pour jeunes routards ! Les chambres sont vétustes, le WiFi est interrompu régulièrement, la literie d'un autre âge, pas de petit déjeuner ! Il faudra me rembourser les deux facturés !
La dame qui est seule fait son possible, elle lave le linge pour 2 dollars/kg, elle est gentille mais parle à peine anglais.
Votre site est tombé complètement à côté ce n'est pas acceptable !!!

너무 외진 곳에 있어서 혼자 여행한 저에게는 조금 무서웠어요.
룸이 너무 추웠지만 전기장판이 있어서 버텼고, 강아지 짓는 소리에 이틀동안 잠을 제대로 못 잤어요..🤦🏻♀️
조식 비용 지불한 룸 선택했지만, 조식 제공을 받지 못했어요.
사장님은 친절하시고, 앤틱한 숙소 느낌은 좋았어요.

Cozy hotel with lovely fireplace at lobby. Very clean and spacious room with heated mattress for cold weather. Owner helped us to arrange for a private guide to hike at Sapa. Wonderful service by receptionist even though she speaks limited English.

We had a wonderful stay at the very nice little hotel in the heart of Sa Pa. The very kind and helpful people running the hotel did everything and more to make us feel welcome and able to enjoy SaPa in all possible of ways. The fireplace in the cosy reception room was both beautiful, creating a wonderful atmosphere, and keeping us warm. Everything very clean and delicate. Highly recommendable. Thank you!

Hôtel calme mais un peu vieillot.les chambres mériteraient un bon rafraîchissement. Quasi pas de réception. Difficile de comprendre l'avis du lonely et de prédécesseurs sur TripAdvisor. Pris raisonnable et bien situé sont ces atouts.
