The hotel is situated just slight further from the main Sapa city but it is still walkable, just at night it can be a bit dark if you want to walk alone. But it is still nearby to eateries, spas and also the main Sapa station to Fansipan. The room is spacious and comfortable bed. It has a balcony overseeing the rose garden and the breakfast has a lot of options too. It even has some Muslim friendly options. I would recommend this hotel again.

The room was nice, but it is far from being a 5-star hotel — I would rate it a maximum of 3 stars. The amenities were outdated, and the service was below expectations. The buffet was good but quite limited, and the pool and spa facilities were old and poorly maintained.the view amazing

Room is clean and comfortable, the staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel provided mulled wine on 24 Dec night, this is the first time I tried, it was nice. Breakfast has a lot of variety , the coffee is nice too. Surprisingly the hotel prepared grilled beef, turkey on 25 Dec, there was Santa Claus too and gave us ginger bread and present. However, Although it is about a 5–10 minute walk to Sapa town (from hotel 15th floor), but you will need to pass a short stretch of road without a pedestrian walkway, so need to be careful.

We had a nice stay at sapa at KK Hotel Spa. The service is good, staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. However, we came at wrong month. There is zero view due to thick fog for our entire stay.

Great hotel with amazing views. The room was big,clean, modern and had everything you would need with a big balcony. The gym and heated pool are very good. Superb breakfast and the restaurant was good. Not much info for tours unlike other hotels in the area.
