From check in to check out process, everything is great. The room is very clean and spotless, and they provide everyday cleaning and towel replacement. They even provide us room with the best view and location. The room is so spacious and the bed is really great and comfy. I had a special request for my wife’s birthday celebration and they prepared a room designed with petals and brought in a cake on our first day. They also have a gym which I enjoyed during my free time. Their buffet breakfast options is also great and have a complete options from appetizers to mains. Everything about this hotel is great and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staffs service is superb and very accommodating. They even helped me with my concern with the bus booking going back to Hanoi.

There was construction work in the building right next to the hotel, directly beside my room. The noise was extremely loud, and I couldn’t sleep, especially after just arriving from a long trip. I called reception and they told me they would ask the workers to reduce the noise, but nothing changed. I then asked to change rooms, but they said there were no rooms available. The next morning, the same loud noise started again and woke us up suddenly. Only after I complained again did they finally change our room.

Really good location — close to all the main tourist attractions, yet surprisingly quiet at night. The location was very convenient, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, we had a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

amazing hotel in the heart of sapa! we had such a good time in bamboo, their breakfast is on top and the view from the pool is stunning. the stuff is so welcoming and friendly. also used their laundry service, which left no spots. highly recommend this place

The front desk staff are quite friendly and enthusiastic, and there's a spacious waiting lounge. The doormen are also very attentive, helping guests open car doors and carry luggage. The cleaning staff are hardworking and thoughtful as well.

The hotel's location is great, close to the city center, and the overall interior condition and pool facilities are fantastic! Definitely go for the mountain view room; you can even see Fansipan Mountain, it's so beautiful ㅠㅠ I stayed for 3 nights and it was the best. The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend this place if you come to Sapa, seriously!
