The lock on the room I checked in was missing. I asked the front desk and they said there was no room available. He said he was here to repair, but he didn't come. When a person is on a business trip alone and is worried about safety issues, he can only use this crudest method to try to remind himself just in case. A restless night.
The corridor is newly renovated and smells very strong. Fortunately, there is no decoration smell in the room.

I was just traveling through this city by car and saw Ctrip's reviews so I chose this hotel. Someone was smoking on a chair by the pool. I thought it was nothing. At least there was no ** smell in the corridor of the room. However, in the morning I discovered that my car window was broken and I had lost a gun, some cash, and several bank cards. The hotel didn't do anything, just made some simple records.
Later, I chose to call the police. After the police came, the hotel could not even provide camera recording. You know, my car was parked in the parking lot at the front entrance of the hotel! Yes, a parking lot with no security cameras.

No coffee at so called hot breakfast. Eggs but biscuit so hard could toss like a fresbee. No other restaurants or anything in walking distance.

I have stayed here for 3 years. New management and horrible front desk staff. You can never speak to someone who is in charge. Will no longer stay here.

There wasn’t really much that stood out as being good. We really didn’t like it very much. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad. Continental breakfast wasn’t what was expected to be, they only served eggs and potatoes. There was a large line of what appear to be illegal immigrants checking in to be feed. The person checking them in us pushed forward to the front of the line ahead of them to get our food, which was only a partial continental breakfast, this was very awkward as everybody was looking at us. would not recommend staying there again at that location.

I appreciated that the night shift staff did come pick me up from the airport when my flight arrived late, beyond their normal shuttle hours. The driver was friendly and helpful, assisting me with my luggage, helping me check in, then taking my luggage to my room.
This room was cleaner that the last time I stayed there, although the floors were gritty. The room amenities were also missing face soap, coffee cups to go with the coffee maker provided, and no packets with sugar/creamer/stir stick, etc.
The only other problem was on my arrival close to 1 am, I was told breakfast was available from 6-10 am. When I arrived at 9:15 the staff said I’d missed it- it closed at 9. And the lobby coffee pot was missing. I learned it was being refilled, so waited to get a cup as I couldn’t access coffee in my room.
