Woke up to shower before work and NO hot water. A/C made a loud clicking noise all night to the point I had to turn it off and deal with the heat. THEN they charged me $500 for a remediation fee. For a humidifier! Saying it triggered a smoke detector in the room. The didn’t refund my money even though there is absolutely NO smoke in the room. It’s under review as the “smoke detector” is from a third party they use and they have to wait for them to get them information. I feel like this was a “knock-off”or counterfeit Hilton hotel.  Mess of a stay.

This hotel was great. I lived the cleanliness and the staff was very sweet. The location was convenient and safe. I will probably stay again if I'm in the area

I was charged $15 for overnight parking for an unsecured, unguarded area. Makes no sense at all

Neat nice environment, close to a National park

Everything was great, clean room, polite and smiling reception. Small disappointments were: parking is 10$ overnight and no free water bottles in the room (2$ each bottle). The rest is fine, perfect for 1-2 nights stay.

My husband and I had a great stay. Rooms are very clean. They check on you when you check in and get in your room to make sure you are satisfied with your room. The only down fall we didn't like is you have to pay for parking 😒. But other then that we had a great time anyways.

They tried to charge me $10/night for parking but removed when I showed their listing mentioned free parking on Trip.
