The rm I selected online, different than the rm we were given,older,more rundown,floor between the beds by nightstand was full of stains.We had 2 queen beds since I was going to be up all night after drinking solution to prep for a med procedure next morning. We were up at 6:00 & as my husband sat up he felt something on his wrist. It was a bug! He swatted it off & then he noticed blood spots on the sheet. We pulled the covers back & 3 more bugs crawling about. We freaked out! I took pictures & we collected the bugs in a plastic baggie.We pulled the sheets back & the mattress it was yellow & stained tried calling front desk from room, phone did not work. I tried calling with our cell, no one would answer! We got ready,walked to front desk & asked to talk to the manager, the desk clerk said she was only one there & asked what it was about. We told her what we found, she had the maintenance supervisor go with us back to the room, we showed him the bugs,blood,he pulled the bedback,he saw something, because he said he was bringing us plastic bags to put our stuff in & he would put any clothes we had been wearing in their dryers on high heat, that it would kill any bugs.They moved us to another rm (nice)where we could wait till time to leave. At front desk,still no manager came to talk to us, we were told we would be contacted soon by corporate office.Never contacted us No apologies or reimbursement for our trouble!
