Hampton Inn by Hilton Tucson Downtown

Just not up to Hampton Inn standard The one working elevator, the crunchy towels that felt like bath mats, the 7 unattended small kids left in the hall, the non existence water pressure. Waking up to a small kid screaming at 630 am and then running up and down the halls until we left at 9am was enough to decided I'd rather stay at a motel 6 than at another Hampton at least I'll only be paying under $50 for the night to deal with all that mess rather than $150 plus a night plus parking

The Hampton is right in downtown near LOTS of attractions (like the Presidio, Gem and Mineral Museum, Art Museum—as well lots of restaurants and stores. It’s a short walk from Amtrak too if you’re traveling by train. It’s a nice breakfast too! There’s a lovely outdoor pool too!

Staff when arrived was really helpful,.. answered all my questions about the parking. mini fridge was not working called front office and maintenance guy took a new one in less than 10 mnts. 10/10.. The shower was dirty had hair that of course was not ours.looked like it had not been cleaned properly.. Breakfast was ok , basic.. Staff serving breakfast just kept staring to see what you where gonna eat next it’s a buffet right.??

Clean room, helpful staff, great location. Breakfast was good and overall property is clean and looks new throughout.

The room was ready when we arrived and very clean. I liked that there were plenty of towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. Breakfast was great.

Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Centrally located and easy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.
