Absolutely terrible. It was suffocatingly hot without the AC on, just unbearable. There was also a nasty smell, and the facilities? Don't even get me started.

Although the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be, the hotel is not up to par for its price, expectations and cleanliness. First, for me, WiFi and internet connectivity is important, and I had so many problems just getting online in general. Secondly, airport shuttle only runs 7am to 11pm, very inconvenient if your flight arrives late, as mine did and it cost 29 dollars by taxi, or leaves early, which required me to change hotels. Third, I was placed in a handicapped room, I’m not handicapped, older, yes, but quite able. Last, cleanliness was lacking, see pictures, holes and marks on the wall and a coffee pot that didn’t work, and also a phone in the room that also didn’t work. Like I said, staff is friendly, but the product not worth the cost.

It was my first time staying in a motel, and the experience was OK. What I like most about this place is that it is close to the airport, less than 20 minutes by car, and the hotel can pick up and drop off the airport for free, which is very convenient. The accommodation fee includes breakfast. Although the variety is not rich enough, it is no problem to eat full. There are microwave ovens in the breakfast room and the room, which is very convenient. Although it is not in the city center, there is a 150 bus that can go directly to Pike Market, which is the city center. The station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the waiting time is not very long. When you get to Pike Market, the main attractions, you can transfer to other buses or walk, which are not very far. There is a big supermarket next to the 150 bus stop outside Pike Market. The girl who served breakfast at the hotel was very nice and patient. We asked the way to the bus stop, and she helped to check the map and explained, which was very friendly. The unpleasant thing about the hotel is that it is close to the highway and very noisy. Fortunately, I went out to play during the day and came back very tired, so I could sleep.

It is close to the airport and offers free shuttle service. It was my first time flying to Seattle and the staff patiently introduced the parking spots, Island C, B, and A. There are buses near the hotel that go directly to the city.
