We booked this hotel knowing that they have an airport shuttle going to airport, since it was posted under TRIP popular amenities, according to the staff this service was already suspended since October 2025. We have to extend our van rental just to bring our self to the airport, since we are a large group of families with 18 lugagge. I hope TRIP will change this to avoid confusion to other guest. Other than that we stayed for 3 days, rooms are big, with good breakfast.

Everything was good and the service is superb! My only concern is the swimming pool, it’s not toddler friendly and doesn’t look clean

Excellent, There is a free shuttle bus which is very convenient

The original room given to us was 1st floor next to gym n pool, hence we requested a change. The counter staff Bryan was neither helpful nor polite, fortunately the manager Nicole help us to get a higher floor though it’s smaller in size. However, the room had things left over from the previous guest. We reported a few times, only the next day evening time then the things were cleared. The shuttle service guy was very polite n helpful.

We are happy with the hotel. The only small issue was that when we checked in , the shower gel was low, and when we called and asked to refill, they said they couldn’t do it, probably because it’s Xmas day, that’s understandable. But they did give us more hand soup. The shuttle service guy was very friendly

Very family friendly hotel. Allowed us to check in early as there was a room available. Walking distance to a shopping area and easy access to many restaurants. Enough space for a family of 5 in the family suite. Recommended for a short transit stay.

I have stayed in several Hilton hotels around Seattle Airport, and this one is the best. You can cook by yourself. It is close to South Center, and you can see the snow-capped mountains directly when the weather is good. The parking fee is also relatively cheap
