Amazing place, great host, beautiful villa

Stunning rooms! The place is bang on the middle of the jungle, so there are bugs and frogs etc, just be aware of that. Right next to a cenote! It’s on a motorway and you cannot really walk anywhere so you need a car or moped etc, as it is pretty far. Theee is a small jacuzzis and a sauna, which they try to charge a prohibitively high price for…. Considering it is the only amenity the hotel has this should be free. Bedsheets need an update. Have stains and rips. I still think it is an amazing place to stay especially for the price!

Great private hotel a short drive from downtown tulum and only about 15 mins from the beach! Each villa comes with its own private pool that is cleaned daily! It is so peaceful all day and night you are able to hear the wildlife, and when there is a breeze the bamboo trees make the most pleasant sound! Now since it is in the jungle there are lots of bugs. However not as much i was anticipating, just be sure to not leave the doors open and you’ll be able to keep the majority of the bugs out. If you are afraid of bugs please find somewhere else to stay. If not then Im sure you’ll enjoy staying in a gorgeous villa in the middle of the jungle. It really does surround you with the utmost peace. I did notice that as beautiful as the shower is we did have some issues with getting warm water. One day we had it but then not other days, i was confused however since it was so hot a fresh shower was not that bad. Maybe just double check that the warm water works before fully settling in! Besides that this overall was a great stay! I would love to visit again!

Beautiful hotel, loved the private pool! 2 beautiful cenote's just moments away. Helpful staff. You can't really make full use of the gorgeous bathtubs as the water doesn't run hot long enough to fill it, but other than that no complaints ☺️ Would stay again.

Nice place just take bug repellent since you are in the middle of the jungle. Peaceful and quiet. I just wished the road/path to the rooms had a solid pathway. Other than that we enjoyed our stay Totally recommend

Property was extremely beautiful. Very peaceful and must for relaxation. Manager was very polite and helpful. Gave us all the recommendations regarding restaurant and vegan food

This property was exactly as advertised. Each suite is extremely private and absolutely beautiful. It is right next door to 2x cenote which we’re really fun to relax in for the day. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay at Anat Tantric Boutique Hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to Tulum’s center but still quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. 🌴✨

The bed was so comfortable! The atmosphere was beautiful, it was all so nice and relaxing ! Quiet and peace just what I needed !
