So i call by telefone to inquire about availability, rooms and prices. The guy on the phone told me if i paid cash he can give me this "nice deal". We were 2 adults + 1 kid. He offered me a "Queen Size bed" so the 3 of us could fit and be comfy. Room had shower and private WC, located in downtown behind bus station, sounded ok. So then i agree to make the deal and told him i would come that day but in the afternoon, he said ok that he wont be there but a collegue will be given this info so they couls wait for me and know what is about. So then i came in the afternoon to the place to make reservation and pay cash as agreed. Indeed the man was gone and a woman was in shift then. I updated her about what her collegue offered me, she confirmed " 1 queen size bed", 3 persons, she confirmed the number of nights and counted and received the money. As i ask her for a receipt of payment or printed confirmation of this transaction, she told me ahe has none or can give me none except a random paper with her wrtiting saying is paid...like...aha... I took the paper and ok i thought all was set. She told me check in is at 3pm but if we needed we could come before and drop our lauggage in a storage room they have behind the main deak at reception. So i told her was a great idea because we needed to check out from other bad place called "Folklore High Living Tulum" (by all means if you wish not be annoyed by non sense never go stay there specially at appartment #8). Anyway, the arrival day came, as agreed we showed up to check in like 2 hrs before (1pm) and here the show begun.... 1st, as we get off the taxi, although the man of the reception saw us coming he remain sitted in his chair waiting for ua to come, because as tiny thia hotel is of course doeant have staff like bell boys or some one who's job orientation is to help exactly with laugagge purposes. So, since then i was like...aha...this guy.. As we made it to the front desk with 3 big suitcases and 2 backpacks, the mister thought it was funny or apropiate to break the ice to drop an abaolut non sense out of frame sarcastic comment "ha ha, so much laugage...are you here to visit or you came here to live?"... Really dude..???!! Like if i knew rhe guy or we were friends, like this argentinian guy (which i absplutelly can tell because his accent) instead of being professional service oriented he cracks this wanna be joke kinda comment? Like..wtf... I replied him that as far as i understood and know im under no need to provide explanations to him or any person, in this mometn when he was me serious and unhappy until here, he realized he was NOT AT ALL being funny. So we got the laugage secure and told him we will be back in 2 hra for the check in. Honestly i was happy not to need to see this guy again for the check in but the other woman i had previpualy interacted with (the one who gave me the random pseudo receipt). So we come so the check in at 3pm...oh god... As we are sitted in the recept
