The check-in instructions to get the key from a box etc are very confusing and incorrect—someone is there to meet you but you need data in order to send them a text to say you’re there. Not ideal for travellers, but other than that the place was great—a playground for kids, comfy and clean inside the domes, good price and filtered water available.

Excellent place to disconnect with the family. The only issue is that the path to the dome was very uneven and could be prone to tripping. Other than that, there are no problems. I highly recommend visiting the nearby cenote; it's very beautiful and free to access.

La habitación bien, cómoda. Con aire acondicionado. En las noches es un poco tenebroso y no hay personal. No pasó nada y quizás lo sentimos así por que ramos los únicos en la propiedad. Está bien ubicado y cerca de muchos lugares de interés si llevas auto.

Algo no tan bien, la chica que nos recibió al principio si muy atenta y todo. Después no estaba en recepción la buscamos por una emergencia que nos pasó y no apareció hasta el día siguiente. (No hubo quien nos atendiera) La alberca poco agradable (sucia) llena de hojas y nada antojable. No venden nada cerca para comer Del 1 al 10….esta 3
