This hotel provides the “necessities”; the room is clean, the bathroom functional and the breakfast generous ( no hot options though). The pool was a very welcome respite after the heat of the day. It is adjacent to a train track which seems to be unused between 7pm and 7am. There is also lots of private parking available. I’d like to able to make a cup of tea in the room It’s also a short drive into the main township which has lots of dining options along the lake front. In short an excellent option for travellers not wanting to spend a small fortune on accomodation.

This hotel reminds me the kind of hotels along the roads 30 years ago and have this style of old fashioned motels. Free parking, good WiFi, clean and good size swimming pool, make this place a good opportunity to roam around the Trasimeno lake. Rooms are clean with balcony, in a need to be a bit " refreshed", but with all the amenities you need from minibar to A/C. Breakfast is quite ok, so a good value for money in a high season. Thanks

Hotel a conduzione famigliare con personale molto gentile,camere semplici ma pulite. Buona colazione con varietà di prodotti. In generale potrebbero essere curati dei piccoli dettagli che andrebbero a valorizzare sia la struttura che i servizi ma nel complesso devo dire che siamo stati molto bene.

Personale della struttura veramente gentile e disponibile,sala per la colazione ampia e ben fornita tra torte casalinghe e pasticceria,camera pulita (e non è poco) bella in quanto fornita di balconcino con vista lago se vogliamo trovare difetti diciamo la ferrovia troppo vicina e....la tenda bucata da una sigaretta.

Albergo fermo agli anni 70 non solo nell' arredamento, anche il piumone sembrava uscito dagli anni 70, il corridoio puzzava di fumo e non è l'ideale se si hanno bambini.In stanza c'era un posacenere sul comodino☹️ ed un sibilo acuto dovuto da una presa inglese installata sotto il TV, abbastanza fastidiosa.Attaccato alla linea ferroviaria poco trafficata, ma treni presenti.Il centro di Passignano è a qualche minuto con l'auto è sconsigliato uscire a piedi.. Mi aspettavo di meglio date le recensioni lette.

Abbiamo pernottato una notte qui per vedere il lago Trasimeno. Hotel dotato di parcheggio gratuito. Ascensore spazioso per raggiungere le camere. Camera un po' datata come la struttura ma pulita. Sala colazione sicuramente l hanno ristrutturata più di recente, belle le mattonelle al muro e i colori. Buono il servizio colazione con distributore di bevande calde/ fredde e la scelta di dolce e salato. Prezzo ottimo per una tripla con colazione inclusa . Sicuramente d estate con la piscina si anima molto di più ma per quello che è servito a noi abbiamo dormito e riposato molto bene

Esperienza più che positiva. L'hotel dista poco dal centro di Passignano sul Trasimeno ed è facilmente raggiungibile. Ambienti e camera puliti, personale gentile. Colazione super abbondante che soddisfa tutte le esigenze dei vari ospiti. Lo consiglio
