Comfort Inn

The hotel was close to the hospital. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

This Comfort Inn was very clean and well kept in my opinion. The only negative I noticed was the Wi-Fi was very weak and wouldn’t connect most of the time. Had to step outside in the parking lot and connect to a neighboring hotel’s Wi-Fi.

Maintenance is not being done. Aireator missing from faucet, drain stopper missing from tub, 2 damage marks in tub. Breakfast gravy was too salty, and no juice.

The hotel was dirty, outdated and LOUD. There was a fight in the parking lot at 2am and the room and hallway smelled like **** in the morning. You can hear absolutely everything going on in neighboring rooms and the hall. The water in the shower would suddenly get cold. The pictures online make it look like it’s clean and nice but it’s not. The bathroom grout was black in several areas. The area seemed a little sketchy also.

The room was not nice. I didn’t even take a shower there with the condition of the bathroom. The only way m items for breakfast were waffles. For this price point there are nicer options in the area.

Front desk staff was helpful & friendly - made recommendations for our evening meal & activities, and invited us to return for annual events she thought we might enjoy! Breakfast greatly exceeded expectations for the low price we paid. Bed was comfortable and room was adequate. We would stay here again when or if we are nearby.

The room was okay. The shower looked like it could have used a good cleaning and some bleach. The dresser drawer was taped shut, I would have assumed that if the room needed fixed then maybe not give it to anyone.

Hotel need an update, when I checked in the guy that was at the front desk was very unfriendly
