Room smelled real bad of cigarettes even after they sprayed then the hallway smelled like **** the breakfast wasn't what we was expecting

Check in/ Check out was smooth, rooms were clean, and I had no disturbances during my stay!

There was no coffee pot in the room check in staff didn’t say there was coffee downstairs 24 hour daily, but there was no decaf and that inconvenient to have to leave the room to get. Weight room is one treadmill and one bike. It was on 2nd floor and a key, from front desk on 1st floor, was needed to use either bike or treadmill. Just inconvenient.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly. The George Washington presidential suite did not disappoint!! Very comfortable stay. Wish the pool water was warmer, other than that pretty good stay!!

Ariel greeted me when I arrived and also allowed me an early check in from my long travels. The rooms were clean and the rest of the staff was friendly also. I appreciate the food recommendation they offered me also while I was there. My experience was phenomenal overall!!!

The pictures on the site did not match the condition of the room. I feel like they updated one room to take pictures of to put on the website; but didn't update/repair all of them. There was water damage on the ceiling and the carpeting was old and stained. It smelled very strongly of **** when we walked into the room; and the nice lady at the front desk let us use an air freshener to help with the smell. The smell was still there but less after we left the windows open, turned the ac on, and sprayed the room. The smoke detector had been disabled as well, apparently from the last guests to cover up their smoking. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. We both woke up with terrible back aches the next morning.

Our room was sweltering hot. When I told the front desk clerk that it was so uncomfortable she just said “oh, I’m sorry.” Lol Breakfast was far less options that other hotels of this caliber. Bath tub was less than clean. Bathroom floors in the corners looked like that hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. Solid disappointment with this hotel.

The staff was so lovely, the bed was comfortable but the mattress had a Huge stain in the side and the shower curtain had mild on it.

The room was okay. My sheet was dirty and ripped, there were old leggings and noodles left behind in the room and the microwave had clearly been burnt before. The pool hours were extremely short so we didnt get to use the pool which was disappointing and then breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've ever seen and you dont come to expect much from hotel breakfast, so thats saying something.
