"Booked for 3 night stay for our 40th anniversary we requested a ground floor sea view but we're give a first floor box,it was functional to a point however it was misrepresented on there website proclaiming wine ,fruit basket,robes and slippers all included not one of these were present on our visit I am sure it's against the law to miss advertise when selling services. Anyway maybe the seaview would make up for it fat chance no outside table,chairs present plus outside your box is the main thoroughfare no place to sit and enjoy the sea view. The beach is great before 11am and after 5pm when the thousands of daytrippers have gone and you can enjoy this paradise Island.Sunbeds were limited unless you had a ground floor room no such a thing for your first floor box,you had to get up early to comendere one others were used by locals and people camping overnight.To be honest two nights would have been enough for us but the hotel booking policy was minimum 3 nights stay next time I will bring a tent and save myself £300. I intend to go legal on the matter of misrepresentation a make a section 75 claim in line with the sale of goods and services act. We did complain on site to the manager and were mislead again when a compensation offer was made to us leaving a local restaurant out of pocket shame on you H Hotels we thought you were better than this😢😢😢"

"From the moment we walked in late at night due to a flight delay, we were greeted by steve the night reception, what a friendly guy. Room and entire hotel was kept spotlessly clean, very modern inside. Pool and poolbar were great, pool not overcrowded, plenty of beds, young lads working round the tables and pool were so helpful and polite, great range of food and drink, I'm trying to find anything negative to say, but I can't, if you stay here you will have a great holiday."
