Conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from Torino Porta Nuova station. The rooms are clean and spacious and exude a historic vibe. The staff were very helpful even during late check-in and were able to give useful information about the vicinity of the hotel. The area is safe even during night time and are a close walk to the shopping district nearby.

This hotel is extremely well located next to the Porta Nuova station. It is *very* old school and reminds me of travelling in the 80s, but in a good way. The staff is genuine and friendly, and the rooms are cosy with quality linens, though dated.
Americans beware: no AC (at least in my room), so you won’t be able to stay there from March to November.

The hotel is in a good location, right in front of the train station. The lobby is also nice. The normal rooms look good, but we booked a normal room, but they gave us a staff room, which was shabby and totally different from the pictures we booked! We also needed a key to open the door. After negotiating with Ctrip, the hotel said it was this kind of room! The sanitation was not cleaned properly, and there were other people's leftovers! Very poor service!

The location is great, less than a minute's walk from the station. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and nice. He greeted me with a smile every time I entered or left the hotel. The room was spacious enough for me, who was alone, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was also very delicious, with a wide variety, so I enjoyed it every morning. Overall it was great, but if I had to say one thing, I wish there was a kettle in the room. That's all. There was a water cooler in the hallway, and you could drink both natural water and carbonated water. It was great. I would like to stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Turin.
