Turin Palace Hotel

Facilities: Clean, well-maintained, and doesn't feel run-down. Hygien: Clean and tidy, the room was meticulously cleaned. Environment: The hotel is located directly opposite the train station, yet it's very quiet at night; you can't hear any noise. This might also be due to Turin not being overly crowded. There's a large Italian supermarket chain right inside the train station opposite, which is well-stocked and safe. Service: Excellent service. If you're driving, you can park directly at the entrance, and there's a dedicated valet service. Parking costs 45 euros per night. If you need your car, you can call ahead, and they'll have it ready at the entrance. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. Our card didn't work to open the room the first time, so we went downstairs to reset it. The lady at the front desk insisted on coming up with us to ensure we could get into the room this time, just to be safe.

The room was spacious and the service was excellent. The location right next to the train station is very convenient. The restaurant was also quite good, and the included breakfast was decent. I also tried dinner, which was good too. It exceeded my expectations!
