Food was good location was good and service was perfect but you can found hotel better than this

clean hotel with good service. food are tasty and various. kind and helpful staff. just sea and beach is not so good, but it is not fault of the hotel

Good hotell, clean rooms and good food. Pools for small kids are minus, not heated and no blocking from ground to deep in pool so you have to watch kids all the time. Otherwise super personal and nais people ................................

My 2nd time at Vikingen Infinity Resort & Spa and loved it just as much as the first time!! Hotel is stunning, staff extremely friendly & great selection of food. Immaculate & cleaners do amazing job also…non stop!! Will definitely come again…..and again!!

****Oct 23rd- Nov 1st review**** Arrived 11:30pm easy check in, asked questions was answered straight away. Hotel layout explained for bars, restaurants and rooms. Rooms clean, bit dated but all good. Air con set to 22deg which was fine for Oct but may be warm for the summer. The hotel is a bit out dated and needs a bit of a deep clean here & there but overall the hotel was good inside and out. Location is a bit far from places didnt get a bus but taxi for 7 people €30 back from Alanya. Got a boat tour from online Alanya tours €16 adult €10 child which was good. The company also picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Breakfast was continental plus all of your eggs, hams, salads. Lunch we had daily by the slides. Chicken wings, koftas, burgers, chicken nuggets, pastas, donuts, salads, jacket potatoes, chips, wraps - no need to go to the buffet restaurant. Dinner was great dont know why people say nothing to eat? Fish, turkey, chicken, lamb, pizza, salads, potatoes, chips, bolognaise, kebabs and tonnes of cakes. Pools & slides were fab, loads of beds, beach was better near the Chicken corner & pier!! Sea was beautiful and clear but the sand is rocky and the sea is too - so one to watch for. Entertainment at night was kids mini disco 9:15-9:45 then a show. Just your average cheaper hotel shows nothing extraordinary but kids loved it 🤸🏽‍♂️🤹🏼‍♀️ Entertainment was done in hotel pools during the day and we could but didnt use kids club which is also by the hotel pools Food on offer 24hrs apart from 12-1am and 6am-7am tea & coffee and water available 24hrs bar 10-12am Hotel staff were all amazing everyone cleaning and picking stuff up from the floor as they passed we had a really good craic with them especially the bar staff 🍻 cocktails were fab my fave Mojitos were off the scale 🍸 Loads of seating areas for drinks, and restaurant is big im sure seats found eventually in height of summer. All in all we paid £1600 for 2 adults 1 child for 9 nights. Wouldn’t pay more and won’t go back as like to visit other places but it was a good holiday with lots of positives.

I dont ususally write reviews but after reading some on here just before i went i need to make a few things clear as they could easily put you off. So lets start the hotel itself is very big the biggest i think i have stayed in, the hotel is very well presented and very clean. The rooms were cleaned every couple of days and the water topped up in the fridge which is a nice touch. The staff were very attentive not overly chatty but they were constantly working so no complaint there. The room was the same as any other hotel room i have stayed in throughout europe big enough for a family of four with a Double bed, Single Bed and a Sofa bed (my youngest had the sofa bed which he loved (10 Years old). The bathroom again did the job no complaints there clean and well presented. The air con was a bit strange as it only went down to 22c but kept the room cool enough at night as it was 29c in the day at some points. My only complaint about the room was it was booked as a family room but the sofa bed hadnt been made when we go there and was a early morning arrival which did annoy me as i just wanted to get some sleep and had to ask twice for it to be done. Yes you have to pay for the WIFI which is £10 for a week but you can get access throughout the entire hotel down by the pool and the slides over the other side of the complex and in the room so had no issue paying it. I turned on my Hotspot on my phone and shared the connection with my daughter not saying that will wortk for everyone but had no issue all week. Food. We went as three families 5 adults and 5 children (8 to 12 Years old). Some reviews said there is limited food but apart from breakfast we could of had different food for dinner and tea all week, yes the staple stuff is the same but there was always some new Fish, Meat or Turkish dish to try. You could have Waffles and Doughnuts and icecream and lovely cakes and chicken corner down by the pier is lovely all freshly cooked. All drinks were included and lots of fridges about the place with cold water in which was a big bonus. The cocktails were lovely most of the time occasionally they were strong but as it was included wasnt a issue and the cold coffee at the pool bar was nice. Pools. There are 5 big pools 4 near the main complex and 1 down by the slides all very clean and refreshing and lots of fun was had and also aqua arobics was funny as well which got most of the family doing. The slides are over the road across the bridge again great fun for all the family and no queues. The slides were on 10 to 12 then 2 to 5pm. When you check in you are given a card for beach/pool towels which could be changed everyday if required and loads of sun loungers were available. The pier is nice as there are steps into the sea and it is not too salty and you can just bob around and life guards on duty and if you got a snorkel there are lots of fish to be seen. The Hotel is about 1hr and 30 mins from the airport if the drivers dont stop

Good looking hotel. Lots of slides for kids. Just ok food- nothing special. Same every day. Room- this is only rooms for 3. If you are going 4 people- you will sleep on couch. If you lucky they will prepare it in advance. Normal room- over staff entrance, where trucks and busses arrives. We have asked to change it- kept telling us to come back next day maybe there is something more. Staff- no personality, no service. Very cold and does not care. Not even trying to help or accommodate. Shows- really? That is a 5⭐️ hotel? Shows quality is like 2stars.
