location is excellent. However, there is no breakfast on Christmas Day which was no informed during booking. And the next day breakfast only start at 10am. Room is quite small. Maybe more suitable young couple.

Such a great location for all public transport (buses to the airport and all over the Foli area) and also the train station (a short bus journey or walk away). As someone who used to live in Turku, this hotel was the perfect place to revisit the city I once called home and would be perfect for first time visitors to Turku. You couldn’t get a more perfect location. Free coffee and tea included and with the length of stay I had, a free change over / clean of the room also. We had one fire alarm set off when I stayed but this was dealt with smoothly by the hotel and staff so no need to worry about the hotel having “no staff on site”. Super easy to use the code system on the BobW app page. Would 100% use BobW hotels again!

Location and the facility was perfect. However, I had a problem and there was no way to reach responsible people. I tried all the methods provided in the website. I even tried to call several times to not avail. Such a poor service for such a high-quality product was disappointing

It was a nice stay but this was only because they upgraded me. The room photos are completely inaccurate and the studio is basically a hotel room. The studio doesn't have a kitchenette as the photos show. They should fix the misleading advertising. The larger room with the kitchenette is very good. Good bed, big sized, well equipped and good internet. The negative is that there wasn't a sponge to clean things. I would come back but there should be more clear clarity on the differences between the room options. 

Best hotel so far in terms of convenience and amenities. We felt like we got more than we paid for. 100% recommend

Excellent, self-service apartment hotel! Location was great! Near to shops and transport. And WhatsApp support was prompt. There is a convenient luggage storage facility too for before or after check in/out. The apartment was modern and clean and has a great vibe! I would stay here again 😊

Nice and cozy space! The location was perfect, very convenient to travel everywhere!

The place is sparkling clean and new. The bed is comfy. There are no staff members for check in, everything is online, so it's a must to have Internet on the phone. They give nice souvenirs. Breakfast can b chosen from 3 cafes nearby and it is enough to keep you full til noon. Recommended hotel. Its right smack in the shopping area of the city. Location is awesome.
