"Very nice place. Family of four. Two boys who where happy to have their own bedrooms. Nice and clean. Located near to busstop for bus to city Center. Or you can walk in about 15-20mins. Lovely grocery store nearby too. Very happy to find coffee and milk in the appartment when We arrived."

"Let's talk about the advantages first. The young girl checked in quickly and her charming smile made us relax after a long journey. Breakfast had delicious sausages and a rich selection, which was obviously a plus compared to their facilities and hygiene. It was close to the airport and far from the city, so it was a good location for transit, and Bolt was convenient for taxis. There were supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations nearby, so it was convenient to buy food at night. Hotels in Turku are very expensive. I thought it would not be a big problem to lower the standard for just one night in transit, but in fact it was difficult to fall asleep, and the conditions were really bad. For nearly 900 Hong Kong dollars, you would expect at least cleanliness, but the sofa was greasy, the facilities were shabby, the floor was dirty, the quilt was thin and cold, the walls were thin, and the voices of the neighbors and the corridor could be heard. The dirty mattress that was accidentally exposed made it even more difficult to sleep. The poor service staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, but they could not win them more stars. I have stayed in cheaper hotels, but this one is the worst value for money!"

"I had a truly unpleasant experience at Harrie Hotel in Turku during my one-night stay from June 21-22. From the moment I arrived, the service and conditions were appalling. Due to a late flight, I checked in later than planned, only to be confronted by the owner demanding an extra fee for a "late check-in." I felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of the situation. As if that wasn't enough, they also tried to charge me additional money for an en suite bathroom, which was already included in my reservation. The owner was exceptionally rude and dismissive when I pointed this out, behaving in an impolite and incorrect manner throughout our interaction. The hotel itself is in terrible shape. The building is old, poorly maintained, and felt filthy. The rooms were far from the cleanliness standards one would expect, and the overall atmosphere was depressing. It's clear that no effort has been made to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. This was, without a doubt, a very negative experience. The hotel's attempt to scam me for additional fees, combined with the owner's rude behavior and the rundown state of the facilities, made this one the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here."
