Turpan Sushang Lüdao Grand Hotel (Grape Night Market)

Nice staff and cleaners.. very comfortable room and very good air conditioner works very well..

I found the room to be comfortable and with adequate amenities. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The distance to the railway was quite lengthy but close to local shops and restaurants inlcuding the Grape Night Market. I recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The hotel is located in town. The main lobby is big and elegant. The room has no window. The bed is clean. It is quiet at night. The receptionist is polite.

The neutral/bad: ac only blow room temperature air, shower doesnt have a door so water will somewhat cover the floor after showering, location is far (~1.5km) from anything, receptionist is kind of slow to check in foreigner (this is quite common in Xinjiang though). Room cleanliness slightly below average. At least the room is quite spacious and has all amenities you would expect. Not a terrible stay but slightly below average for the price.

The hotel accepts foreigners (as of June 2025). The location is fairly convenient, though not very central. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and even a night market. The room was large and with all the necessary amenities in good condition. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't cleaned well on the first day. The staff was kind. It is possible to store your bag for free. Overall, a good option for foreigners, especially as the hotels available for them in Turpan are limited.
