Hotels near Turpan Jiaohe Airport (TLQ), Turpan

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

You should eat the food in hote. Quite fresh and tasty. Friendly staff, good enviroment. One of my first choice to stay in Turpan

Got it — here’s a version that fits a Tripadvisor/Google review style and highlights the farm activities: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Modern, Clean, and So Much Fun! We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is modern, bright, and very clean, with comfortable rooms and great facilities. What made it extra special were the farm activities—feeding the animals, picking vegetables, and learning about the farm life was such a fun and unique experience. It’s perfect for families or anyone looking to relax while trying something new. The staff were welcoming and made everything easy. Highly recommend if you want a stay that combines comfort with memorable activities!

I took my family back to my hometown for the New Year and passed by Shanshan County. I was really tired, so I chose Letu Hotel to stay for one night. The hotel is newly opened. The location is not close to the main street and is very quiet. The room is very big and the family is very satisfied with the stay! Facilities: The facilities are complete. There are charging stations, which makes it very convenient to charge my car. There are also small robots, which makes the children happy. Hygiene: The room is clean and the cleaning ladies are very friendly. They will deliver anything you need in time! Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, eating is very convenient, and there is a supermarket! The food at the Jumping Chicken restaurant in front of the hotel is delicious 😋! Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, very satisfied, especially satisfied! The room is so well lit, very satisfied!

We absolutely love our brief stay at this hotel. The check in service was speedy and pleasant. The receptionists were friendly and went up and above to serve us. This is by far the best hotel for our trip to Xinjiang. There are 2 sets of complimentary washers and dryers for guests for which is really helpful. The only downside is there is only 1 set of lift (for our wing) and the wait can be long during peak breakfast hours.

I had a very enjoyable stay here. The room is well equipped and spotlessly clean. A shop on the ground floor is open 24 hours - very convenient. The little family run restaurant next door is also excellent. Special mention must go to the young lady at reception, who was super friendly and helpful in my onward travel arrangements.

The staff are really friendly! They have a dog and a cat. The neighborhood they’re in is lovely. Recommend!

The hotel's service really impressed me. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The reception staff at the front desk were friendly and kind, and the check-in procedure was efficient and fast. They also introduced me to the various facilities and services of the hotel in detail. The hotel's room service is also very attentive. The room is cleaned on time every day, towels and toiletries are replaced, and the room is always kept clean and tidy. Moreover, the staff will provide personalized services according to the needs of the guests, and I am very satisfied with the hotel's catering. The breakfast options are rich and varied, including Chinese porridge, steamed buns, stir-fried vegetables, and Western-style bread, milk, coffee, salad, etc., to meet the taste needs of different guests. The price/performance ratio of this hotel is very high. Not only does it provide excellent service and comfortable accommodation, the price is also very reasonable. Compared with hotels of the same level, this hotel is more affordable and has better details. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, you will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel as it is very clean and befits a 4*. Breakfast location is off-site. Staff is helpful and accommodating.

Very friendly and helpful front desk, special thanks to the very pretty 小麦 for her help and service, ever ready to help
