Bathrobe extra paid, no available towels in SPA - extra paid.
if hotels offers SPA above things should be for free.

Actually, they have not fix the room since on the weekends the innrooms cleaning are not working and even on the Monday they have not replaced the towels.
The matrass was horrible and the soap was thin like it was mixed with water to save on soap.
