Yuu Hotel Ubon Ratchathani

My Wonderful Stay at Yuu Hotel & Cafe, Ubon Ratchathani I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yuu Hotel & Cafe in Ubon Ratchathani, and it truly exceeded my expectations! This stylish boutique hotel, with its charming French-colonial-inspired decor, is perfectly located in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and super quick, making me feel welcome right away. They even greeted me with a complimentary welcome drink—a refreshing choice of matoom tea or Chinese tea—which was a lovely touch after the journey. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (nice and cool!), and all the essentials were provided: fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. What impressed me most was the thoughtful universal power plugs along with both USB-A and USB-C ports right by the bed—perfect for charging all my devices without needing adapters. Breakfast was another highlight! You get to choose one main dish from a variety of options (Thai and Western), and there's a generous buffet line with yogurt, cereals, salads, fresh fruits, bread, patongo (Thai-style doughnuts), coffee, cocoa, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. Downstairs, the hotel's own restaurant and cafe is fantastic. Upon check-in, I received a free mocktail voucher, and the food was really tasty. The live music in the evenings was beautiful and added such a nice vibe. One of the best perks? The hotel offers free bicycles for guests to borrow—great for exploring the nearby night market or city park. But the absolute standout moment was at the lobby cafe. The staff there are incredibly kind and attentive. I pre-ordered a cake in advance and asked if they could decorate the plate like a birthday cake. Not only did they happily do it, but they went above and beyond to make it special. The service was so heartwarming and made my stay truly memorable! Overall, Yuu Hotel & Cafe is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani—whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely be back!

Great location, efficient car park, a lot of happening all aorund as walkable distances. Very good BF, very well prepared. all staff is very well trained and great supports.

Centrally located in Ubon Ratchathani. Room was well equipped and spacious. Staffs were helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

A beautiful little hotel, it was exceptional value for money, with a chic charm, high ceilings with elegant furnishings. The food in the restaurant was very good and not expensive. The cafe was charming with a fantastic selection of coffees, croissants, cakes, ice creams and wines. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this small hotel in Ubon Ratchathani because from the outside it didn’t look anything special, but once you were inside the hotel, it was really nice. The staff were also very good.

This was my first time travel to Thailand and the hotel made me feel like at home. Clean room, strategic location near to the airport, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Wonderful small boutique hotel in old town Ubon! Hotel is just beautiful furnished and the rooms are very roomy with nice touches throughout. Only downside is the small bathrooms. Great staff and delicious food offerings and a great wine and beer selection
