Zana Lake Resort Udaipur

We had a great stay at the resort. Special thanks to Deepak Bhai, the recreation ***ager, for organizing activities and coordinating the gaming arcade with our schedule. It made our trip memorable! Lake view rooms are so fascinating. Tasty food. Overall best place for family.

Best decision to stay at this hotel. A best place for family time and fun. Mr Deepak is the recreation ***ager and he will not let you feel bored for a single minute. He has so much fun activities. Amazing experience I recommend to all the families that you should come here once nd getting wonderful experience of peace. And the staff there is also very responsive. And we had no shortage of servicing. We hope that both of us will stay in this resort again very soon.

I stayed in this Property on 11 May on my Wedding Anniversary and it was totally spoiled by Zana Resort, I want to write Honest review for Future traveler. First, this Property is charging just Double prices for 1 night stay and Not value for money, maximum cost should be approx 4k-5k, Just over prices property. Second, this Property representing as a 5 Star but as per my point of view, its only basic 4 star, so do not go on Website pics and fake reviews. Third, this Property Not have a basic sense of Housekeeping, broken furniture, Dust on Curtains and furniture, if you are going in 5 star hotel, then they should have Sleeper, Hand wash and Fridge in the Room but that things was available on phone call. Fourth, On my Anniversary we requested for Room Decoration and Cake but they not provide us in the room, it shows totally Irresponsible ***agement. Fifth, Food taste and presentation was very basic. Overall, this Property have a basic stay and amenities , also in a similar prices Udaipur have ***y option like Taj Aravali, Fateh garh, Ramee Royal etc. Advise to all, if you go in this property, you will surely disappoint.
