It was my business visit, and the hotel served its purpose only to my surprise that it did not have tea or coffee service in the room. The room was fairly small and sufficient for a solo traveller. Receptionist were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.

I think the management deliberately choose 3 over 4 stars hotel. With small "improvements" it could easily be a 4 star. Hotel is located a couple of minute walking distance from center of the city and parking is free and vast. Nevertheless l would like to mention two things. First the check-in. The only info we got at the check-in was "the room in on third floor". And thats it. Never experienced something like this in all my life. Ever. The second is breakfast. The staff is quite friendly and options to choose from at the buffett table are ok. But.. The staff is making so much noise Inside the kitchen talking and joking that you have issues hearing your own thoughts. Quite unconfortable and something to address to.

The hotel is large and has had a fairly recent update and the room was very good, however their website says that there is a bar and restaurant. This is incorrect and not helpful after a longish journey it would have been good to use this facility. They do exist but closed, we asked why and was told that it was due to COVID-19 and that they may reopen at some time. Correct the website it means leaving the hotel and finding a restaurant not that easy on a Monday evening,the reception staff seemed nonplussed and just said that's the way it is and go find a restaurant. Disappointing considering that the hotel has potential, the breakfast was good.

In Udine for work, I used a double for single use (some flaw in the cleaning of the room found on arrival, but it can happen). The hotel is a few minutes from the center (on foot), has a rich breakfast and overall is quiet.

Excellent value for money, located 10 minutes from the center. Equipped with free and capacious parking. Ideal for getting in and out of Udine with ease. Good breakfast both sweet and salty. Renovated and modern rooms. Rated as three stars but very close to four.

on 27.04.2022 I went to the hotel in order to book a room and the receptionist present at that time, dismissed me in a rude and disrespectful way, telling me to send an email because she was busy and did not have time to welcome the my request !! Such behavior deserves no comment !! But I would like to say that in the past I was a guest of the hotel and nothing to say about the structure, but as I wrote in the title of this review, SOMETIMES IT'S THE STAFF'S Fault !!

Hotel ai margini del centro di Udine, ma dalla posizione molto comoda. Stanze spaziose e pulite, che avrebbero bisogno di un minimo di manutenzione in più. Cortesia e disponibilità assoluta da parte del personale. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ho scelto questo hotel dopo aver visto la posizione e alcune recensioni! Effettivamente si trova in posizione strategica ovvero sia a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro , sia su una strada che in pochi minuti ti porta in tangenziale/autostrade ecc. La struttura è ben tenuta, le camere spaziose e pulite. La colazione è buona , in linea con l'essere un 3 stelle. È dotato di un parcheggio interno gratuito. Personale cortese e disponibile. Prezzi onesti. Lo consiglio!

Struttura moderna e in fase di miglioramenti di alcuni particolari.La camera era piuttosto ampia, confortevole e pulita, con una buona illuminazione ed una buona temperatura; il bagno abbastanza spazioso e luminoso, pulito. La colazione discreta, non eccezionale.Il personale gentile e disponibile. Tutto sommato una buona esperienza

ho alloggiato presso qst hotel x lavoro. camera molto ampia e curata. purtroppo fronte strada ei rumori si sentono. parcheggio non molto ampio. sala colazioni al piano interrato un po' buia. colazione con poca scelta. centro città facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.
