Cool reception from the lady owner. Room was not the one we had booked. We arrived late afternoon and the room was very cold. No glasses, not even plastic, in the bathroom. The towels were well-worn and rough to the touch. Just one bin ( bathroom) with none in the room. Room was clean and a good size for two. Breakfast was very basic. The lady left us on our own immediately after she served us coffee. We would have appreciated another coffee and a chat but she had to run off at about 8:15. The second and final morning, she was totally absorbed in chatting to another client who had preceded us to the one large breakfast table. She did ask us what we wanted to drink but while serving us she continued to chat with the other client. We felt thoroughly unwelcome and left ASAP so that she could continue her chat. We find it difficult to understand how this place got such a high rating in TripAdvisor. We won't be going back!
