Great location next to mall. Also gave me early check-in. Room was upgraded. Price was great. Nice view of sunset from my room. Hotel lobby bar,live music. Hotel room very quiet. Breakfast buffet was very good. Many selections Not included with my room rate. Cheaper as solo to pay 295 baht. Great atmosphere overall!

Very nice hotel, amazing staff, very kind and helpful, check inn process was very smooth, big lobby in the hotel, with a cafe/bar and dining options, the room itself was spacious and clean, comfortable beds, big shower, nicely furnished, safe for belongings in room also Very nice gym also jn the hotel as well as a nice pool and sauna/steam room, this made my stay very nice Also location is unbeatable right next to Central Plaza, literally seconds away for all you’re shopping and dining needs and also close to the outdoor food market and Chang Beer Garden Very happy here, planning to stay here again in October for my next visit See you soon

The hotel location are great! The check in receptionist unpatience to answer While i ask find my booking or not. The room assignment not good .he may give the poorest room to ota guest on 5th floor. Maybe ctrip guest aren't on their strategy and concern. In room There is no slipper. This might be the way to save cost. Generally. The front desk staff speaking good English.upon check out the concierge did helpful to my bag. And lobby bar coincidence forget to give the beer to me in later 20minutes after i order . Maybe bacasue i use the coupon. And my girlfriend's cocktail we're served rapidly in 5 minutes.double standard. Hope who manage can attention on it.

It was the good experience staying at Centara Udonthani! The room was clean. The bed, mattress was so cozy! The staff were helpful with smiling! The facilities were good. There is hot tub for male and female at 5th floor The price is cheaper when u book through Centara Website. Even though I redeemed the code from Trip.com, the price at Centara website is still cheaper 🙂 I wish I could visit the hotel again

Awesome centrally located hotel In Udon Thani city. Great views of the city from my room which was on the higher levels.
