our whole floor smelled of ********* due to someone smoking in their room. Im with 2 children and paying 3500 baht a night. Buffet breakfast was a 3/10

The kids loved staying at 9D hotel! My only complaints was the cafe not having coffee or smoothies even though they were on the board. And I wish there were just a few more options for kids at the breakfast.

This is our second stay in the hotel and the whole family loved it here. Breakfast is really good too which they try to have something different everyday. Really good.

The sport centre is well equipped. Water Park seems water level too low. Restaurant breakfast is good with a lot of variety.

The bathroom has stains that make you not dare to sit in it. Have requested to change room Changed and it's still the same. The room is not soundproof so the room next to it can be heard talking.
