Amazing location very handy for everything,Bus stop easy transport to airport.Close to Central Udon plaza. Many restaurants close by.Rooms were quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.Beds very comfortable no complaints at all.

I enjoyed my stay because the room was quiet. The properry is beside the street but the sound of the vehicles can't be heard. It is just walking away from Central plaza which is very convenient fir ne. No need to sownd more for transportation. The hotel don't have a lot of facilities but that's OK cos I paid fir an economy hotel. You don't expect a lot of facilities or amenities when you pay less, but the place was clean, cozy, basic need like toiletries, beddings, water were available.

I stayed here for a work trip and tourism, was very impressed. It has a relaxing environment and thoughtful design of the room that is like you we’re in the past Plus, the location was convenient for everything I needed. Great experience! Higly highly Plus plus Staff are very friendly and they care a lot about their guest very toughtful! Reccommended!! for the price and experience 100/10.

A very clean and quiet hotel near to the city center with friendly staff, we usually stay there when we visit Udon Thani and look forward to stay there again in the future.

Had a great time at The One Residence. Both cleaning and reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Hotel is right in centre of town close to Central Plaza, and bus and train stations. The room is large and well-equipped with a large comfortable bed. The shower is warm and powerful. Overall, lots of amenities for a budget hotel. I would recommend due to location, price, facilities and service.

great for someone need a cheap , clean and basic place, situated at Udon city centre opposite to the Issan market, good location for transportation, both buses and train , near bar street and night food market, Udon Central mall nearby, also 20 mins walk to my favourite spot the Udon park and Udon musuem, value for money..

Good location. Near UD Central, F&B outlets, bus station, etc. Short walk to the 2 popular bar clusters.

Everything is correct here. Very clean , just how i like it. Moder rooms. Wifi, watercooker, hot water , tv , fridge. When I travel Udon again I will take a room here withput doubt.

Very convenient location, 5 min walk from Central mall and bus station, I arrived from Vientiane and it was great idea to stay here for 1 night. Great value for money
