Это мог быть хороший отель, но отсутствие сервиса портит всё впечатление о нём. Компания PAC Group организовала семинар для нас, своих партнёров и что же нас ожидало? Абсолютно холодный конференц-зал, в котором находиться было просто невозможно. Коллеги вставали и уходили, не выдержав низких температур. Туалет рядом был закрыт на ремонт, именно тогда когда проходил семинар. Сотрудники отеля на жалобы только разводили руками и печально вздыхали, судя по всему это обычное дело, поэтому у сотрудников уже отработанный печальный взгляд и сожаление о том, что ничего не могут сделать. Если вдруг вам придёт идея когда-либо организовать мероприятие в этом отеле, то подумайте тысячу раз и обратитесь в другой отель.
