This hotel is great, clean, and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom door was a bit difficult to open and close.

i order for 1 extrabed for 1 person.. but they not give extra towel.. when ask the reception, take soooo long time to pickup call & they also take time to sent another towel to me.. need to call 2/3times..

There were old food crumbs under the desk in the room. The service was very good, but the facilities are outdated (the showerhead was broken) and the pillows weren't clean. However, the price was decent and the breakfast had a good variety.

The check in service is totally terrible , the staff let us wait for nearly 2 hours without telling us the reason. I was travelling with wife and mother that was tired of our flight. After we started raising our voice then he start to work on it , IF NOT he just give a COLD SMILE without doing his work properly . WE ARE very disappointed with the service and would like to compalint to the manager if we have a chance. We will never stay in this hotel again

Novotel is a great pick for a stay in Makassar. Good location get around town. Rooms are nice, clean, and functional. Gym is small, and probably needs a few upgrades. There is a pool, but not used. Restaurant is so-so, to be fair. Outside eating options are probably better. Very friendly and efficient staff - they quickly addressed a minor issue and followed up with excellent attention. Still, overall, a very good place to choose, and good value for money,
