Hotels near Encanto Mall, Ulaanbaatar

The staff were very friendly, and the traditional Mongolian ger experience was particularly impressive. Unlike typical traditional ger accommodations, this place preserves the traditional atmosphere while maintaining a very clean and comfortable interior. The showers and toilets are well-equipped with modern amenities, and the availability of hot water 24 hours a day was very convenient. The restaurant was also clean and modern, which was satisfying. It was especially special to be able to visit nearby nomadic families to experience traditional Mongolian life, and to enjoy various activities such as cycling on the grasslands and horseback riding. Just staying at Hunnu Camp allowed me to fully experience Mongolia's nature, culture, and atmosphere. I wish I could stay longer, but I had to leave due to my next schedule. I highly recommend a two-night stay to anyone planning a trip to Mongolia.

The facilities within Terelj National Park are clean and the staff are friendly. The heating and hot water amenities are good, and the food was delicious.

The service was super, Ms Nara was extremely helpful, when my husband noticed only 2 bottles of water, Ms Nara immediately came back with 4 bottles plus a welcoming drink coupon. She also provided us info about the festival. When we left, she helped us to get taxi and told driver the destination in local language.  Food in 2nd floor restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

The hotel is situated in a very central area about 15 minutes' walk to the Gandantegchinlen Monastery or to Seoul Street. It is also adjacent to several malls where you can get access to cafes, convenience stores and restaurants all day long. It is a busy location in the city so it is a good starting point for exploring the city of Ulaanbaatar. The amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay and the room is very compact but spacious enough for two. The bathroom was clean but housekeeping could be improved. The hot water system was not very stable - sometimes being very cold or too warm, but it did not affect our stay too much as it worked fine most of the time. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep after a long day exploring the city. Soundproofing was generally good and we did not have any issues with noise being placed in a room at the end of the corridor away from lifts. All in all we would definitely recommend this hotel for all travelers.

I stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us). The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves.

I made a lot of difficult requests, but the front desk staff handled everything, which was a huge help. The room was pretty standard, but for the price, and the convenient location for getting around Ulaanbaatar, I was very satisfied. The attached restaurant was also a plus.
