Apartment 44, spacious living area, separate kitchen & 1 bedroom

I chose it because of its high ratings, but my experience was quite different. While the space wasn't small, it felt cramped and stuffy because of the old furniture. I put a cover on the old sofa, but the cover and the carpet didn't look clean, and the plastic cover on the dining table looked worn. Since the apartment had a sink, I tried to boil ramen, but I had to buy dishwashing liquid and a sponge separately, so I gave up. The pot and kettle... I think they need to replace some of the items. The key isn't a combination key, and the door was old, making it difficult to open. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get to the airport due to traffic, and then I couldn't get a taxi at Sukhbaatar Square, so I walked for 30 minutes. I waited for the landlord to give me the key, so I felt guilty and anxious even though I did nothing wrong. I think Trip.com's hotel establishment year is 2024, which is the year they started listing the hotel. I'm writing this in the hopes that they'll improve it and add more.

The landlord was easy to communicate with and provided attentive service; the room was clean and tidy; shopping was convenient nearby, and the kitchen was fully equipped, so you could buy groceries and cook your own meals. Overall, I was very satisfied!
