Ulaanbaatar Boutique hotel

The room's bedding and facilities are excellent. The service attitude is also great, and the staff can speak English. The breakfast offers a wide variety of fruits and is delicious – I really liked it. The gym is huge, I've never seen such a big gym, haha! The location is exceptionally good.

The entrance ambiance, room cleanliness, and amenities were all great. The toilet also had good water pressure, so flushing was never an issue. I stayed at a different hotel in Ulaanbaatar the night before, and the toilet there didn't flush well, so this hotel was a much more comfortable experience. I highly recommend having the hotel arrange your transfer to the airport. They arrange proper luxury cars that match the hotel's prestige, and the comfort level is significantly better. The only area for improvement is the dinner on the first floor. The staff's service was fine, especially the male staff who was excellent and constantly attentive to the surrounding tables. Regarding the food and drinks: many drinks listed on the menu were actually unavailable. It was disappointing that there were only two types of beer. For food, we ordered a salad, T-bone steak, and lamb leg. The T-bone was tough, and although I requested medium-rare, it was thoroughly medium. The lamb leg was tender, but considering it as local food, it was just okay. If the drink menu were more extensive and the cooking skills improved, I would use the restaurant again.

An old-established hotel in Ulaanbaatar, the ambiance is undeniably beautiful with a classic charm. The American breakfast was also excellent. The hallways smelled lovely and were very refreshing. The best part is the great location! No downsides, except for the price.

Excellent central location. It's a hotel with history, featuring beautiful stained glass. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfasts are decent and include Mongolian sweets.
