Paid for rooms with breakfast but 1 one the days I went down there were no breakfast service in the hall. Was told to order and they will send it up. End up my breakfast never came and I had to call and complain but the lady over the phone just hanged up on me. Last time patronising this hotel

Rooms are clean but the furnitures are little bit older. The hotel is well positioned in Ulaanbaatar. The staff is kind and responsive.

The room was lovely. Just a heads-up, Ulaanbaatar traffic can be very bad, so make sure to allow plenty of extra time when heading to the airport.
